Soy sauce is a salt-rich liquid made from soybeans which contain rich protein. When the liquid contains protein, it is easy to generate foam while filling. Food manufacturing industries' customers often encounter foam in the storage tank when the liquid flows back, which easily overflows and stains the machine and requires operators to spend a lot of time cleaning and handling the liquid material resulting in more manpower allocation. Therefore, we designed the foam elimination device on the storage tank to reduce operators' time, effectively reducing the labor cost and the overall layout of the filling and packaging line, and providing operators with high standards of safety and the best ergonomic design.
In addition, the machine's surface will normally be covered with crystallized salt due to the interaction of volatilization and evaporation while filling even the machine does not come into contact with the high-salt liquid, which will cause the mechanism to lock up and unable to adjust due to the crystallized salt. • Labeling Machine
According to the product labeling form and demand, design the labeling machine that matches the bottle shape and the labeling form and position-equipped with an automatic bottle guiding system, which can smoothly convey the bottles to the fixed position for precise labeling and no miss labeling. Automatic detection and mechanism linkage design, combined front-end filling machine and capping machine, to synchronized adjustment of the production capacity and speed of the production line. The whole production line is connected with signals. The production of labeling is smooth and continuous. It is equipped with a counting function so that the quantity of labeling can be accurately monitored.
