In general, there are two ways to do for transparent labels.
First, we will ask the customer to make printer to draw a black line or hole when printing the sticker, because the transparent label is equivalent to the bottom paper, and the difference between the marking part and the bottom paper allows the sensor to detect the difference.
Second suggestion is to use a sensor specially designed for transparent labels. The sensitivity of this sensor is higher than that of a general non-transparent label, which can reduce the probability of sensor detection errors and correctly labeling.
The labeling machine with transparent label sensor can detect the products of general non-transparent labels. Therefore, the two stickers can be shared by one labeling machine; if the sticker itself contains metal components; it needs to be produced by a general non-transparent label sensor labeling machine. Or choosing high-end precision-detection sensor for labeling machine. This type of labeling machine can accurately sense accurate labeling whether it is used in metal-based stickers or transparent stickers.
