The piston pump filler is mostly used to fill viscous liquid or the liquid with pulps. It’s the type of machine which the power supply is no needed. The piston pump filler only needs to connect to the air compressor to use pneumatic mode to draw and discharge the liquid. Additionally, it can be equipped with diving module, for it will firstly dive into the bottom of the bottle to fill the liquid to prevent air bubbles generated.

The advantage of gear pump filling machine

The gear pump filler is suitable for filling the liquid with moderate viscosity, no pulps and faster filling speed requirements. It uses motor and pump to draw and discharge the liquid as well. The diving module can also be equipped on the gear pump filler to solve the foamy problem. Also, there is two-stage filling speed can be adjusted on control panel. The nozzle will descend to the bottle bottom and please set the first-stage filling with a slower speed. Once the liquid touches the nozzle, you can speed up the filling speed to achieve the required filling volume. The filling nozzle dives into the liquid this way can prevent the liquid from foaming.
