44. After the labeling machine applies the sticker on the bottle will it have wrinkles easily? Will the position of the sticker be crooked after labelled on the bottle?
There are some reasons will influence the labeling accuracy and cause the wrinkle problem. In addition to the labeler quality itself, material of the bottle or the product will affect the labeling accuracy as well. It’s suggested to confirm whether the quality of the products is steady before purchasing the labeler, for it’s the critical point that decides the labeling result to be good or not. If the product is glass round bottle, you should pay attention to the quality of the bottle, for glass bottle is formed by blow molding. If the bottle is not proper circle, then it will cause crooked labeling easily. If it’s rough and uneven in the surface, then it will have air bubbles inside. For the uneven bottle bottom, it’s recommended to use our special-design spindle wrap around labeler. It will firstly hold the bottle before labeling. This labeling method can prevent the labeling being affected by the slight uneven bottle bottom. However, if the unevenness of the bottom of the bottle is too serious and exceeds the level that can be overcome by bottle holding, then the problem of unevenness of the bottom still needs to be fundamentally solved.
