Bottle air rinser

For the bottle air rinser, the air compressor will pressurize and generate the mist, also it might be mixed with the lubricating oil of the machine parts as well. Hence, our machine is equipped with high precision filter regulator to make sure the air source comes into the machine for bottle washing is clean.

Water rinsing machine

For the water rinsing machine, customers can choose to use pure water or distilled water to wash the bottles. If the customer needs both of two kinds of water sources, the customer should provide the water source to be led into the hopper through pipeline for washing purpose.

If the cleanness requirements of the bottles and products are in general standard, customers can also use drinking water filters for filtration and inlets the filtered water into machine for bottle washing. Our automatic air and water washer adapt the standard filter and which precision can reach 0.3μm. If you have higher cleanness requirements, we can select more advanced filter for you.

As to choose whether the air washing or water washing type depends on the product type in the bottle. If your product needs to stay dry or the liquid product can’t have contact with mist or water, we would suggest the air bottle rinser machine. If the product won’t be affected after having contact with mist or water, the water bottle rinser machine can be used as well. Additionally, customers can also choose the bottle rinser with both air and water washing functions according to their production requirement.
