Neostarpack follows the instructions of Toyota’s production visions that we keep improving and respecting people as the foundation of production. We do not set a goal of productivity, but constantly improve ourselves by meeting clients’ needs, and we never stop refining the quality and production processes. Neostarpack’s purpose is to always go forward, never stop improving.
Spirit of Neostarpack
By learning from the founder of Kyocera, Mr. Kazuo Inamori, Neostarpack studies the structure of Amoeba management to encourage the methods of autonomous teams on the base of the righteous way that a person needs to do. We split up staffs into different independent teams in terms of needs of the production. Team members work together, solve client’s questions, create values, do not eschew responsibility because of working for different departments, and keep meditating what the righteous way is about to oneself.
