There has high demand for disinfectant products due to the recent pandemic. We, Neostarpack, are experienced in manufacture filling production line for antibacterial related products. We use different filling machine for different antibacterial products, referred by MSDS and the product liquidity. For instance, we have explosion-proof filling machine for medical alcohol which is high density alcohol. Due to the flammability of medical alcohol, you need to use a more stable material for the filling machine and to produce in a ventilated environment or choose our explosion-proof version.

As for hypochlorous acid, there’s chemical reaction with contact parts of the machine by its oxidizability character. To avoid machine corrosive when filling hypochlorous acid, we use anti-oxidation material to prevent it happen, so our clients can use our high-quality filling machine for long.
