The labeler is a self-adhesive label labeling machine with flexible and diverse applications. The manufacturer can paste various stickers through the labeler to highlight the product features in different ways. Labels can also provide product description, embellish packaging, anti-theft functions, and even enhances the value and quality of the product. Top label applicator LA2000 attaches stickers on the top, side or bottom of the product. And it’s not limited to flat pouches, others like tinplate boxes, plastic boxes, boxed snacks, paper boxes and gift boxes, these common products in our daily life are all applicable.
Save-space top labeler with stand can easily integrate with a high-speed continuous packaging machine, which allows labeling right after the production. And there is no need to expand an additional labeling station, helps in save labor cost and produce with more efficiency. Automatic label applicator detects the label height and angle of products with sensor, so you just need to slightly adjust label applicator when operating. The automatic mechanism provides the user with an easier operating interface. Its system maintains steady production, and the labeling result is exquisite.

The biggest difference between LA2000 and other labeler is that this machine is shipped with foot-mounting stands, which can combine with various conveyors, machines and production lines depends on needs of manufacture side. In addition, we provide more flexible production line planning which reserve space for bracket and pre-drilled mounting holes. According to the increase in future production capacity needs, customers can combine other machines, and deploy the commonality of machines. For example, labeling machines can be customized with an optional packaging machine, date coder, filling machine or a capping machine.

The label applicator is driven by an automation stepper motor, which can steadily and precisely feed labels, and the labeling height and angle are also adjustable.

When there is no label, the machine will stop automatically. When connecting a packaging machine, stop label signals can be sent to the labeler depends on actual production needs.
